- At purchase, give us your top 3 preferred dates. We fit you into our calendar on one of your dates and confirm by email.
- Package deliverables and appointment durations are limited to the agreed service scope.
- We provide services, not products. Once your appointment is entered on our calendar, your payment is non-refundable.
- Date exchanges are available: email us or use the website chat to move your appointment to another date, subject to availability. Exchanges only — no refunds after booking.
- Private payments made while awaiting scholarship approval are not guaranteed to be reimbursed.
- LumiVerse learning plans are free for enrolled LumiVerse students and are never sold separately.
- Educational plans are not formal school-issued IEPs.
- J & D provides educational advocacy and guidance, not legal representation or clinical diagnosis.
